The Gangs of Thyon is a highlight in the Swiss freeski and snowboard calendar. The fun contest encourages teams to take creative lines through Thyon resort's terrain park which makes for a great spectator event. As Kevin Salonius and Julien Lange were staying just around the corner with Cartel rider Alex Neurohr filming for a new video series in the resort of Vercorin, the riders decided to meet up with Swiss Ambush skier Jeremy Rudaz and form a team. Although Julien was skiing on an injured leg and the boys' heads were deep in backcountry mode they managed an impressive 3rd out of 14 quality teams.
