SHIPPING COSTS & PAYMENTS
SHIPPING PROVIDERS: We use UPS or DPD for shipping, depending on the country of destination. Both services provide convenient tracking services. In case the courier service charges additional costs for remote addresses, we will contact the recipient prior to releasing the shipment.
VAT:
For shipments into non-EU-countries, German VAT (19%) will be substracted (not applicable for USA/CAN) upon your check-out. Additional import taxes or domestic VAT in your country may occur. For shipments to USA/CAN, the purchase will be done in USD. Additional import taxes and/or local sales taxes and/or brokerage charges in your country may occur, depending on the state the good get shipped to.
FURTHER INFORMATION FOR US & CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
Goods valued under 2.500 US$ qualify for “informal entry” into the US. A duty of 2.6% is levied by US customs on imported snowboards. 2.8% is applied snowboard bindings. Sales Tax is not automatically applied to imported goods by U.S. customs. However, Customs and Boarder Protection declarations are made available to state tax representatives that may occasionally claim state taxes. State taxes vary by state.
Goods imported to Canada are subject to independent Goods and Services Tax and Provincial Sales Tax or a single Harmonized Sales Tax. Taxes are applied to product cost + duties. There are no duties on imported snowboards, but taxes may vary from 8.5% to 15% depending on the destination province.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS AND INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS:
We accept all major credit cards such as Master Card, Visa, Diners Club, American Express, Maestro, Girocard, Carte Bleue and PayPal (either with an existing Paypal-Account or with a Visa und MasterCard). PayPal also offers installment payments (in most countries), rates can be selected between 3 and 24 months upon your check out.
