1. Copy of invoice.

2. Photo of serial number.

3. Min. 3 images of the damage.

For transmitting those images, please use www.wetransfer.com or www.dropbox.com - you can paste the link into the field "Download Link". Maximum files size must not exceed 10 MB.

Name folder with „serialnumber_model_yourname“.
Folder must contain photo of serial number, damage and copy of invoice, otherwise claim can not be processed.

Please understand that we can not start a warranty process without these documents.
