Lighter, smaller riders can still experience the goodtimes of the FUTURE SHAPES concept by strapping aboard the Wasabi, the smallest offering from our left-field R&D lab.
Taking its lead from the geometries of the Souly Grail, this pocket rocket strikes the perfect balance of response and forgivingness on hardpack, with plenty of float worked in for slaying the sidecountry on those deeper days.
The Wasabi also boasts HEXO2 inlays in the nose and a V-shaped tail to deliver extra agility, meaning the it packs a punch despite its diminutive size.
A half-fat camber for all-mountain dominance. Its toned-down dimensions deliver a precise and lively feel much like Pop Camber, but with much improved deep snow performance and a more “broken-in” feel out of the shrink-wrap. In Amplid’s directional snowboards a touch of early rise is added to Cruise Camber to improve buoyancy even further.

This superlight wood core is the industry standard for lightweight, durable and versatile performance. We’ve tweaked this core so many times over the years there’s nothing left to improve.
A narrow band of uni-directional carbon stringers that run through the centreline of a ski or snowboard from tip-to-tail increasing pop and extending flex memory without altering torsional stiffness.
Max effective edge and square centimeters for floatation in the minimum board or ski length. Unsinkable, but nimble pow shreds, sawn-off jib decks with huge pop and insane edge-hold or the ultimate all-mountain ski shape recipe.
Ultra wide, low rising tips that exist purely to create lift in powder without sucking-up speed. They add a surfy feel to skis and snowboards.
Amplid’s ultra-high density sintered base goes like shit-off-a-shovel in all snow conditions. It is extremely hard and therefore more resistant to damage.
Tough, pre-cured composite impact plates placed beneath bindings and touring hardware significantly reduce the risk of topsheet dings and breakages.
Spin to win with effortless style. Amplid’s HEXO2 core replaces specific areas of weightier wood at the tips with featherlight honeycomb, practically eliminating swing weight,
